Open a ticket on Discord

Tickets go straight to staff and are the fastest way to get a reply. Use them for account problems, questions, disputes and anything else you need help with.

  1. Join the RetroMC Discord server.
  2. Link your Minecraft account to unlock the main channels.
  3. Open a ticket and choose the type that fits, such as “General Issue” or “Login Problem”.

Found a bug or exploit? Report it privately in a ticket rather than in public chat. You may get a reward.

In game: /report

Use /report to report griefing, players breaking the rules, or hackers while you’re playing.

Every block change is recorded by LogBlock, so staff can investigate griefing and roll the damage back.

Email, as a last resort

If you can’t use Discord or the in-game options, or your enquiry isn’t about playing on the server, email [email protected]. Please try a Discord ticket first, as tickets are answered much faster than email.
